Summary
This study aims to understand the information needs of women aged 65 and older with early-stage breast cancer who are deciding whether to have chemotherapy before or after surgery. Researchers are interviewing patients and doctors to learn what information is most helpful when weighing the risks and benefits of treatment. Based on these interviews, they will create and test a decision support tool to help future patients and their healthcare providers make more informed, personalized choices together.
