New chemo combo tested to shrink breast tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tested two different chemotherapy regimens, given before surgery, to see which works better for stage II-III breast cancer. Some participants also received trastuzumab, a targeted therapy. The main goal was to see if the tumor disappeared completely by the time of surgery. About 121 people took part.
