Fertility hope: egg freezing before breast cancer chemo studied

Summary
This study looks at whether it is safe and possible for young women with early breast cancer to freeze their eggs or embryos before starting chemotherapy. The goal is to help preserve their ability to have children later. About 140 women aged 18 to 38 will take part, and researchers will track how many eggs are collected and any side effects from the hormone treatment used to stimulate the ovaries.
