What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
What this could lead to
If successful, this could lead to better blood tests for detecting breast cancer cells, potentially improving early diagnosis or monitoring.
What could go wrong
This is an early exploratory study with only 84 participants, so results may not apply broadly. The antibodies are for research use only, not yet for clinical diagnosis.
