This study reviewed medical records of 342 women with advanced ovarian cancer and a BRCA gene mutation who took the drug olaparib after their first round of chemotherapy. Researchers measured how long the cancer stayed under control and how long the women lived over three years. The goal was to see how well olaparib works in everyday medical practice across Europe.
