NCT ID NCT06012149

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study compares a structured, clinician-led exercise program called Braining with advice to exercise on your own for people receiving psychiatric care. Over 12 weeks, participants attend up to three supervised exercise sessions per week. The goal is to see if Braining increases physical activity and improves mental health, quality of life, and daily functioning. The study involves 208 adults from psychiatric units, excluding those already very active or with severe conditions like psychosis.
