Scientists map the Brain's memory and navigation systems

NCT ID NCT07423923

Summary

This study aims to understand how the brain creates memories of events and helps us navigate. Researchers will use brain scans and recordings in healthy adults and some epilepsy patients to see which brain areas are involved. The goal is to gather knowledge that could one day help design therapies to improve memory or navigation skills after a stroke or brain injury.
