Summary

This study tests how a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS affects learning and decision-making in healthy adults aged 18 to 45. Participants will undergo TMS sessions and brain scans while performing computer tasks. The goal is to understand normal brain function, which may later help develop treatments for substance use disorder.
