Summary
This study looks at how a type of brain stimulation (rTMS) and a stress-inducing drug affect thinking, cravings, and stress responses in 20 people with opioid use disorder who are not seeking treatment. Participants will complete tasks measuring attention, memory, and decision-making while their heart rate, blood pressure, and stress hormones are monitored. The goal is to understand the brain mechanisms behind opioid use, not to provide treatment.
