Summary

This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation method called tACS in 200 people with Alzheimer's, Lewy body dementia, or frontotemporal dementia. Participants receive either real or sham stimulation four times daily to see if it improves memory and thinking. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to ease symptoms.
