Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help people with insomnia sleep better. Researchers will use a device to deliver a mild electrical current to the scalp and measure changes in brain activity, sleep patterns, and stress hormones. The goal is to see if this approach can ease insomnia symptoms without medication.
