Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can help people with insomnia sleep better. Researchers will enroll 100 adults with insomnia to see how the treatment affects their brain activity, sleep patterns, and stress levels. The goal is to understand if this approach can be a new way to ease insomnia symptoms.
