Zap to nap? brain stimulation trial aims to soothe Seniors' sleep and worry

Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive form of brain stimulation can improve sleep and reduce anxiety in older adults. Researchers will use a technique called transcranial alternating current stimulation on 60 participants over 60 who have chronic sleep problems. The goal is to see if adjusting brain wave patterns can lead to better sleep quality and less anxiety.
