Summary
This study will test if a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique can improve sleep and reduce anxiety in adults over 60. Researchers will use a device that delivers a mild alternating current through the scalp to try to improve brain wave patterns. The goal is to see if this approach helps people sleep better and feel less anxious.
