Zapping a nerve to clean your brain?

NCT ID NCT07044596

Summary

This study is exploring whether a gentle, non-invasive stimulation of a nerve in the forehead can improve the brain's natural waste-clearing system. Researchers want to see if this can help slow cognitive decline in people who have had a recent mild traumatic brain injury. They will use MRI scans to measure changes in blood and fluid flow in the brains of healthy adults and people with head injuries.
