Summary
This study tested a special brain scan to see if it could better tell whether a brain tumor had returned or if brain changes were due to injury from previous radiation therapy. It involved 19 patients with cancer that had spread to the brain. The goal was to improve diagnosis to help guide future treatment decisions.
