Summary
This observational study compares brain NAD levels in people with Alzheimer's disease and healthy older adults. Researchers will use a special MRI scan to measure NAD in the brain twice over eight months. The goal is to see if lower NAD is linked to Alzheimer's, which could guide future treatments.
