Summary
This study used a very powerful 7 Tesla MRI to look for tiny brain changes in 15 people with idiopathic REM sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) compared to 15 healthy volunteers. iRBD is a sleep condition that often leads to Parkinson's disease years later. The goal was to find early brain markers that could help diagnose and eventually treat Parkinson's earlier.
