Summary
This study is testing a combination of three drugs (utidelone, bevacizumab, and sometimes etoposide) for patients whose cancer has spread to the brain. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the brain tumors and control the cancer for a longer time. It is for people with lung or breast cancer who have already tried other treatments that stopped working.
