New combo therapy aims to stop breast cancer brain metastases

Summary

This study is for people with a specific type of breast cancer (HR+/HER2-) that has spread to the brain. It tests whether adding a targeted drug called abemaciclib to precise radiation therapy can better control the brain tumors. About 31 participants will receive both treatments, and researchers will track how long the brain tumors stay under control.
