First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, in 18 adults with melanoma or kidney cancer that had spread to the brain. Participants had already received anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy. The goal was to see if the drug combo could shrink or eliminate brain tumors. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
