Summary

This study aims to see if people with major depressive disorder have lower levels of an enzyme called PDE4B in their brains compared to healthy volunteers. Researchers will use PET and MRI scans along with an experimental radioactive tracer to measure this enzyme. The study involves up to 5 clinic visits and includes both people with depression and healthy adults aged 18 to 70.
