Summary

This study tests a device that reads brain signals and stimulates the spinal cord below the injury, aiming to restore voluntary leg movement and walking in people with chronic spinal cord injury. Only 3 participants will be enrolled to check safety and basic effectiveness. The approach combines a brain implant with spinal stimulation and rehabilitation therapy.
