Summary
This study looks at brain scans of 120 people experiencing their first episode of psychosis to see if certain brain connections can predict how well they will respond to standard antipsychotic medications like risperidone or aripiprazole. Participants receive treatment as usual for 12 weeks, with brain imaging and clinical assessments before and after. The goal is to find markers that help doctors choose the right treatment earlier.
