Scientists test brain drug to unlock secrets of human learning
NCT ID NCT07239791
Summary
This study aims to understand how a brain chemical called noradrenaline affects how people learn and make decisions. Healthy adult volunteers will take either a low dose of a drug that increases this chemical or a placebo, then complete computer-based learning tasks. Researchers will compare how the drug changes learning patterns to build a better model of how the brain adapts to new information.
