Summary
This study uses PET scans to measure cannabinoid receptors in the brains of healthy volunteers and people with conditions like schizophrenia, cannabis dependence, PTSD, and opioid use disorder. Researchers aim to understand how these receptors differ across groups and how they change with abstinence from cannabis. Participants undergo one or more brain scans, with some cannabis users scanned after periods of not using.
