Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called XRD-0394 in combination with standard radiation therapy for adults with aggressive brain tumors called high-grade gliomas. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how well the body tolerates the drug when given with radiation. Researchers will also track whether the treatment helps slow tumor growth and extend survival for participants.
