Summary
This study tested whether an online program called "Brain Breaks" could improve physical and mental well-being in university students. 103 students either did short 5-10 minute exercise videos five times a week for 8 weeks, or continued their normal routine. Researchers measured balance, emotion regulation, and resilience to see if the program had any effect.
