Summary
This study tested whether an online program called 'Brain Breaks' could improve physical and emotional well-being in university students. 103 students aged 18-26 either did short 5-10 minute exercise videos five times a week for 8 weeks, or continued their normal routine. Researchers measured balance, emotion regulation, and resilience to see if the program made a difference.
