Summary
This study tested whether a natural supplement called Brain Blossom can improve memory and thinking skills in adults aged 50 to 70. Sixty participants took either the supplement or a placebo for 8 weeks and completed memory tests and questionnaires. The goal was to see if the supplement helps with everyday recall and concentration.
