Summary
This study looks at how a special balance training program affects the brain and stability of healthy older adults (age 60+). Participants will be randomly assigned to either balance exercises or regular walking. Researchers will use brain scans to measure changes in brain structure and connectivity. The goal is to understand how balance training might help prevent falls.
