Summary

This study looks at how a special balance exercise program affects the brain and stability in healthy older adults aged 60 and over. Participants will be randomly assigned to either balance training or regular walking. The goal is to see if balance exercises lead to changes in brain structure and connectivity that improve postural stability and reduce fall risk.
