Summary

This study looks at how blood flow in the brain and the ability to keep balance change from young adulthood to old age. About 102 healthy adults, split into three age groups, will have their brain activity and balance measured during simple tasks and a short exercise session. The goal is to better understand the link between brain health and balance, not to test a treatment.
