New brain mesh could prevent deadly aneurysm ruptures

Summary
This study is testing a new mesh device called the SEAL System for treating brain aneurysms. The device is placed inside the aneurysm to block blood flow and prevent rupture. Researchers are following 279 patients for 12 months to see if the device safely and effectively seals off the aneurysm without needing additional treatment.
