New brain mesh could prevent deadly aneurysm ruptures

NCT ID NCT05831202

Summary

This study is testing a new mesh device called the SEAL System for treating bulging blood vessels in the brain (aneurysms). The device is placed inside the aneurysm through blood vessels to help seal it off and prevent rupture. Researchers are following 279 patients for up to 5 years to see how well the device works and how safe it is.
