New brain stent aims to prevent deadly aneurysm ruptures
NCT ID NCT07228312
Summary
This study will observe 200 patients to see how safe and effective a new mesh stent device is for treating unruptured brain aneurysms. The stent is placed inside the artery to divert blood flow away from the aneurysm, aiming to seal it off and prevent rupture. Researchers will track patients for a year to measure how well the aneurysm closes and monitor for complications like stroke or bleeding.
