New brain stent aims to prevent deadly ruptures
NCT ID NCT07228312
Summary
This study will observe how safe and effective a new mesh stent device is for treating unruptured brain aneurysms in a real-world setting. It will follow 200 patients for 12 months after the procedure to see if the stent successfully blocks off the aneurysm and prevents dangerous bleeding. The main goals are to measure how often the aneurysm is fully sealed and to track any serious complications like strokes or deaths.
