Summary
This study looked at how the brains of children with hearing loss in one ear process sounds compared to children with normal hearing. Researchers used a special brain imaging technique to measure activity in the hearing parts of the brain. The goal was to understand how the brain reorganizes itself when a child can only hear from one ear.
