New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called BR115 for advanced solid cancers. The main goal is to check the drug's safety, side effects, and how the body processes it, while also looking for early signs that it might help shrink tumors. It will involve about 120 adults whose cancer has progressed despite standard treatments.
