New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is the first time a new drug called BR115 is being tested in people. The main goal is to check its safety and see how the body handles it in 120 patients with advanced solid cancers that have progressed despite standard care. Researchers will also look for any early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors or control the cancer.
