First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests two different treatments for a common inner ear problem called BPPV, which causes brief spinning sensations. 128 adults with BPPV will be treated using a special rotating chair, comparing the standard Epley maneuver with a newer 360-degree rotation. The goal is to see which method stops vertigo more quickly and with fewer repeat treatments.
