Summary

This study tests two different treatments for a common inner ear problem called BPPV, which causes brief spinning sensations. Both treatments use a special rotating chair to move the head and reposition tiny crystals in the ear. The goal is to see which method works better with fewer sessions and longer-lasting relief.
