Summary
This early-stage study aims to check the safety and measure how the body absorbs and processes two new drugs (AD-116 and AD-1161) for an enlarged prostate (BPH). It involves 44 healthy adult male volunteers who will take single doses of the drugs after eating. The main goal is to see how the drugs move through the body and to monitor for any side effects.
