First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study checks if a computer program can automatically score the Box and Block Test, a measure of hand dexterity, for seniors aged 65 and older. About 40 participants from a nursing home will perform the test, and results from the computer will be compared to those from an occupational therapist. The goal is to see if the computer method is faster or easier for everyday clinical use.
