Summary
This study is testing if a structured bowel management program that includes using a special rectal enema is better at relieving symptoms than standard medical care alone. It's for people who have ongoing bowel problems like urgency, incontinence, or constipation after surgery for rectal cancer. Researchers will compare the two approaches over one year to see which one helps patients more.
