Summary
This study looked at whether taking a laxative (Polyethylene Glycol) before a capsule endoscopy helps doctors see the small intestine better. 230 adults were randomly assigned to take the laxative as a single dose, a split dose, or just clear liquids. The goal was to see which method gives the clearest images and most accurate diagnosis for conditions like inflammatory bowel disease and celiac disease.
