Summary
This study tests whether injecting botulinum toxin (like Botox) into the chewing muscles can help people with certain types of jaw fractures heal better without surgery. The treatment aims to reduce pain, improve jaw movement, and speed up recovery. The trial will include 16 adults with specific jaw fractures and will measure outcomes like pain, mouth opening, and bone healing over 6 months.
