Summary

This study tests whether injecting botulinum toxin A into the chewing muscles can help people recover from certain types of jaw fractures without surgery. Sixteen adults with specific jaw fractures will receive the injection guided by ultrasound. Researchers will measure pain, jaw movement, and bone healing over six months to see if this approach works.
