Botox for CP kids: new study tests if it boosts movement and happiness

Summary

This study looks at whether botulinum toxin type A injections can improve hand and leg function and quality of life in 30 children aged 8-17 with spastic hemiparetic cerebral palsy. Participants receive the injection and are assessed before, at 4 weeks, and at 12 weeks after. The goal is to see if this treatment helps them move more easily and feel better day-to-day.
