Summary
This study looked at 70 men with an enlarged prostate and overactive bladder symptoms. Some received a botulinum toxin injection into the prostate during surgery, while others took standard medication after surgery. The injection group showed greater improvement in bladder symptom scores 12 weeks after the procedure.
